XYFOS.COMuses a secure system to protect the card details of her customers. When the customer orders with this payment method, the goods are sent in 2, 3 days, if it is in stock. If the goods are not in stock it will be sent as soon as possible, after informiong the customer about the stimated availabily date. The goods are sent by the transport system that XYFOS.COM considers best to fulfill her compromises.
If the transport is to Canary islands or any country out of our shipping zones, it will have an extra charge that will be charged later in the customer´s card. In the 24 hours after his order the customer will be informed of this charge.
Bank Wire Transfer:
After the customer´s order, one employee ofXYFOS.COM will check if the ordered material is available. If it is not in stock, will contact the customer to inform him about the stimated availability date.
The customer has to transfer the total amount of the order to the account of XYFOS.COM noticing his name, and the order number to correctly identify his order.
As soon the transfer is received by our bank the order will processed and shipped, as stated in the above epigraph.
If the transport is to Canary islands or any country out of our shipping zones, it will have an extra charge, the customer will be informed within 24 hours of his order of the amount of the extracharge, in order he can transfer this amount, together with the order total amount.
If we did not receive the payment in the 15 following days to have made the order, the order will be canceled.
TARIFAS DE ENVÍO
Estas tarifas son orientativas ( están calculadas para envios estandar, para envios muy voluminosos o pesados estas tarifas pueden variar ). Las tarifas pueden ser modificadas sin previo aviso ya que no dependen de XYFOS.COM sino de las empresas de transporte que efectuan la entrega.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
To do a change or return, the customer will have to inform XYFOS.COM and ask to an authorization of return, informing us of the causes.
If the change is due to a mistake of the customer when ordering, or it is not satisfied with the product he will have to pay all the transport expenses and 10 € for re-stocking costs.
If it is due a mistake of XYFOS.COM, the customer will receive the ordered goods without any expense.
To accept a change or return the goods must be in pecfect condition, will all the containing, and with the original packing in good condition. The use of adhesive tapes and precints is forbidden.
En caso de que se solicite la anulación del pedido por parte del cliente, sin que XYFOS.COM haya incumplido el pacto de compra, antes de que la mercancía haya salido del almacén de XYFOS.COM, y parte o la totalidad del pedido ya esté pagada, XYFOS.COM hará la devolución de la cantidad ya pagada por el cliente a la cuenta bancaria que éste indique. El cliente deberá correr con los gastos administrativos que se establecen en 10 euros.
No se admitirán devoluciones de artículos que se pidan personalizados (grabados, con variaciones sobre el producto original...).
SHIPPING ZONES AND FARES - IMPORTANT
The shipment term is computed on working (of Monday to Friday) days since they are not carried out expeditions in festival, Saturdays and Sundays.
The shipment terms that are indicated in the products are orientatives and they depend on the readiness of the product as much in our warehouses as on the part of the maker and/or supplier.
In all moment it can consult himself the stock in our warehouses in our section of Products in Stock.
Anyway, a delay in the delivery concerning the suitable terms won't give right to the client to demand compensation some.
Shipping fare is 10 € for Continental Spain and Balear Islands.
For payment and reception shipments, to the standar fare you have to add 3% of the invoiced total amount with a minmum of 5 €.
All shipments are invoiced, so in case of loss or damage, we will replace the goods if you follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.
The day before the shipping we will inform the customer that next day his order will be shipped, and about the expected delivery time. If the customer espects not to be at home, can either ask us to ship it other day or to other person or adress that he indicates. To do this the customer must instruct us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, the same day that xyfos.com sent him the e-mail informing of tomorrow shipment. We will confirm inmediately the reception of such instructions.
For shipments to Canary Islands, in the next 24 hours after his order, we will inform the customer by e-mail of the extra transport cost. If the customer choosed to pay by credit card, this amount will be inmediately charged.
